Four Things To Expect When Your Landscape Project Begins
Planning a new landscape or thinking that you should be having a nicer place to live? Well, a landscape project is massive work. But unfortunately, a lot of people don’t know what the expectations are when the project commences.
So, what should you expect when a landscape project? Well, why not ask a landscaper that has done the work before for so many people? That is what we did: we spoke to a local landscaping company in Kew in AEP Landscapes and got the expectations from them:
Expect Plenty Of Mess
Have you ever heard of a construction project that doesn’t have plenty of mess and debris scattered everywhere? If you have – we would love to know! But the likelihood is that you are going to find your home covered in plenty of dirt and mess. Expect plenty of mess and plenty of time dedicated to cleaning it up when the job is finished.
You can’t expect any work to be done without any noise. There is going to be plenty of bangs, hits and crashes during this time, so you have to get used to the fact that there is going to be noise in and around your home until the project is over. Expect early wake-ups and even late night sounds, so buying some earplugs is a good way to go!
Expect To Park Somewhere Else For A While
The landscaper is going to need to get to your yard as quick as possible – and that means giving up your parking space for a while. They might need to bring in plenty of equipment or tools to help with the work, they want to quickly get from the car to the yard without the drama of walking from the street. You have to be patience with the landscaping gardeners in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs because are going to do the job for you!
Unfortunately, as much as we would love things to finish on time, there are going to be occasions when it doesn’t happen. So you should expect delays when it comes to any landscape project to begin. It doesn’t mean it will happen, but when it comes to any sort of construction work, time can be delayed due to a range of factors. So when it comes to planning it out with a landscaper, always keep in mind that delays should be expected.
